When Keith Swisher, president of Statewide Mortgage, bought his first home in 2001, he knew that the complicated home-buying process could be done better.
His idea was to redefine the mortgage process by focusing on the customer experience through building relationships with every client. 20 years later, this idea has evolved into a thriving company with a team built on the foundation of “doing what’s right.”

Our History
Statewide Mortgage started in Louisville, Kentucky in 2001. Our small team quickly grew into multiple states and regions. We are now proud to have loan officers licensed in ten states with six different locations. Through our growth, we made sure to focus on maintaining the personal touch of a small, local mortgage company.
