Loan Process

Pre-Qualification

Wondering how much you can afford?

This is the first step to having a smooth loan process. We will review your finances and based on your credit, assets, and work history, we will determine how much you qualify for. You will receive a pre-qualification letter to use while house hunting!

Make an Offer

Find the home of your dreams!

Based on how much you were pre-qualified for, you can work with your realtor to find the perfect home. After your offer is accepted, we start working to get you to the closing table!

Processing & Underwriting

Now we can make your loan happen.

We will start by collecting important documents such as pay stubs, W-2's, and bank statements. Our processing team will make sure we have everything to get your loan approved. An underwriter will go through to make sure that all conditions are cleared. At this point additional documents may be requested.

Final Loan Approval

The three words you’ve been waiting for!

Once all documents are together and all conditions are cleared, a CLEAR TO CLOSE will be issued. We can move forward with funding your loan, and you are close to purchasing your new home.

Closing

This is the fun part.

You will receive your Closing Disclosure to review all of the details of your loan, and we will send everything to an attorney to prepare for closing. After you sign the necessary documents, you will get the keys to your home!
