Prior to joining Statewide Mortgage, Austin was a personal banker at PNC Bank for 4 years.  With his experience in assisting clients with their finances, Austin will be able to review the full scope of your financial goals and help you decide which mortgage program is going to best suit your financial needs.  Austin understands the importance of going above and beyond for his clients while they are in the home buying process, and he will work hard to provide great service, communication and positive results.  Outside of working with his clients, Austin likes to spend time with friends and his wife Tracey and dog Ernie.

Lisa has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 11 years and is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida & Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Webster University. Experience, honesty and respect are the pillars of her business, with a focus on making every transaction as calm and smooth as possible. She’s always available to her clients via phone, text or email, 7 days a week. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys hiking, reading, and following her favorite sports teams: Colts, Pacers and Indiana University Hoosiers.

Missy Blanford is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator with Statewide Mortgage. She has been a lending professional and trusted adviser in the Louisville market for 20 years. A native of Bullitt County, Missy has helped over 2000 clients with their home financing needs. She has consistently been awarded the prestigious President’s Circle honor and has been named both Top Overall Producer and Top Unit Producer by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville in recent years. Missy prides herself in delivering first class customer service to her clients and truly loves being able to help buyers achieve homeownership. Missy and her husband Sean of 25 years have three children. They spend a great amount of time cheering on their boys at basketball games and they also love to travel.

Before joining the team at Statewide Mortgage, Walker worked in customer service and sales under multiple capacities. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Business Management Degree. In his time there, he founded a fraternity and was elected to hold various positions on the executive board. Walker prides himself on his genuine enjoyment from helping people better their financial situation. Through transparency, honesty, and integrity he engineers loans to maximize the financial efficiency of his clients in any given scenario. He offers a personalized experience to everyone he works with by always being available to be an asset to them however he can.
