As a seasoned mortgage profession since 2016, I am driven by a genuine passion for finding solutions for each of my clients.  My extensive knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry enable me to offer comprehensive and tailored advice to meet individual financial needs.  My philosophy revolves around assessing every client on an individual basis, recognizing that each person’s circumstances are unique.  From first time home buyers seeing their dream home to young families searching for a larger space to accommodate their growing needs, and even retiring couples looking to finances their retirement plans through their home equity – I am dedicated to guiding them through their mortgage journey with care and precision.  I also specialize in working with individuals in need of credit assistance, helping them develop a strategic plan for a brighter future. My goal is to build lasting relationships and provide the best possible experience throughout the mortgage process.

With a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and licensing in both Indiana and Kentucky, I have honed my skills to serve clients in both states.  As an Ambassador for One Southern Indiana and a committee member for Leadership Southern Indiana’s NEXGEN program, I actively contribute to my community and strive to make a positive impact on those around me.  Beyond my professional life, I am the parent to two wonderful sons, a dog and a cat.   In my free time, I enjoy traveling and cheering for Indiana Basketball.  My commitment is to be the go-to person for all of your mortgage needs.  Whether it is for yourself or someone you know, count on me to deliver exceptional service and sound financial guidance.  Let’s embark on this mortgage journey together and make your dreams a reality. 

Anna has 20 years of mortgage lending experience, along with a background in finance. After completing a degree in Finance at Auburn University, she joined SunTrust Bank as a management trainee, but later found her true calling in mortgage finance. Timely communication, honest answers and prompt service are of utmost importance to Anna as she strives to ensure each client’s mortgage experience is as pleasurable as possible. Backed by extensive product and market knowledge, she focuses on the detail of every transaction, but also sees the big picture for her clients. With a product availability that exceeds many other local and national lenders, Anna works to find the perfect fit for her clients. Her expertise and high level of service have also gained her respect among local real estate partners, who are quick to turn to her to assist their clients. Born and raised in the LaGrange area, Anna is committed to the local community. She is a past president and current sustainer member of the Junior Service League of LaGrange, as well as past president of the Junior Woman’s Club. When she’s not working, Anna can be found rooting for her Auburn Tigers during football season or trying out new foods at locally owned eateries.

Deven Alldaffer is a seasoned Loan Orginator at Statewide Mortgage, bringing 25 years of expertise in the mortgage industry. Deven began his career as an originator in 1999 and has since built a distinguished track record. Prior to joing Statewide Mortgage, he spent 8 successfull years at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, where he excelled as a Branch Manager and mentored a highly successful team of loan officers. 

In 2001, Deven founded Derby City Financial (DCF), a mortgage brokerage firm, which he owned and operated as well as a title company for 9 of those years and expanded DCF to encompass 3 branches. 

Deven lives in FL with his wife Elizabeth and is a pround father of 4 chidren. While residing in Florida, he continues to serve the mortgage needs of clients in Kentucky and Indiana, while also expanding into the Florida market. 

Lisa has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 11 years and is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida & Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Webster University. Experience, honesty and respect are the pillars of her business, with a focus on making every transaction as calm and smooth as possible. She’s always available to her clients via phone, text or email, 7 days a week. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys hiking, reading, and following her favorite sports teams: Colts, Pacers and Indiana University Hoosiers.

Before joining the team at Statewide Mortgage, Walker worked in customer service and sales under multiple capacities. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Business Management Degree. In his time there, he founded a fraternity and was elected to hold various positions on the executive board. Walker prides himself on his genuine enjoyment from helping people better their financial situation. Through transparency, honesty, and integrity he engineers loans to maximize the financial efficiency of his clients in any given scenario. He offers a personalized experience to everyone he works with by always being available to be an asset to them however he can.
