mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in-store transactions).

Some of the information we collect about you may be personal information, or personal data, that

can be used to identify you including, for example, your name, email address or mailing address. In

some jurisdictions, certain unique identifiers like IP addresses and other usage or technical

information may be considered personal information. Personal information does not include data

where your identity has been removed so that we can no longer identify you (anonymous data), which

2. Children’s online privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide

any personal information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information

from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child

under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. This does not apply

to children that are joint account owners with adults and whose parent or guardian has provided the

necessary consents.

We do not respond to or honor “do not track” (a/k/a DNT) signals or similar mechanisms transmitted

Your Consent to Receive Automated Calls/Texts. By providing your telephone number(s), you consent to receive autodialed,

pre-recorded or artificial voice calls and text (SMS) messages even if your number(s) is registered on any state or federal

Do Not Call list from us and our partners. Agreeing to receive marketing calls or text (SMS) messages is not a condition of

purchasing any goods or services. We may also contact you for servicing your account, addressing complaints, billing or other

account-related matters, or other purposes reasonably related to the Services.

You agree to be contacted at any email or mailing address or telephone number that you or anyone acting on your behalf

provides to Statewide Mortgage or that we obtain through other lawful means.

Receiving promotional calls, text (SMS) messages, emails and direct mail from Statewide Mortgage is completely voluntary, and

Users may opt out at any time. To opt out of promotional communications from Statewide Mortgage, email us at

info@statewidemortgage.com or opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, and opt out

of promotional text (SMS) messages by texting STOP.  If you have opted-in or consented to receive text messages, your consent

to such messages will not be shared with any third parties. Users may receive a final email or text message confirming the

request. Message and data rates may apply. Please allow up to 10 business days to process any opt-out request. 

Please note that even if a User opts out, we may still send non-promotional communications, such as emails about site outages,

User’s online account or service requests that User submitted.

Children and Our Services

Our Services are not directed to children, and no one under the age of 18 may use our Services. If we learn that we have collected

personal information of a child under 18, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files.
